Community Collaboration

Collaboration requires teamwork. We will help you build a shared vision that allows you to cooperate in everything you do. We work with you to provide expert facilitation, identify key partners, and design meetings and convenings. After all, teamwork makes the dream work!

Research Design & Program Implementation

Research and evaluation are about asking the right questions. Then, we work with you to discover those questions, determine root causes and build and implement programs. This includes figuring out your needs, clarifying your goals, designing pragmatic plans, and developing the capacity to get the “work” done.
We partner with organizations to prioritize the needs of the Black community. Because what’s suitable for Black folks is good for all folks.
